Responsibilities: | 1. Assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to sub-sale, project conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage till the completion stage. 2. Able to liaise with bankers and relevant authorities in government departments with minimal supervision. 3. Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system. 4. To handle legal documentations including perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters. 5. To administer files, maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system |

Requirements: | 1. Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM. 2. Working experienced in conveyancing with 1 year and above. 3. Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel and Word. 4. Willing to learn with good team work spirit. 5. Priority will be given to the candidates who can start working immediately.
