THE PARTNERS’ CURRICULUM VITAE
TAN YEN LIN (Managing Partner)
Tan is a graduate from University Multimedia (MMU) in 2010 and was called to the Bar in the High Court of Malaya on 28th April, 2011. Tan completed her pupillage with Messrs Yeo Chambers where she was exposed to contested general litigation matters.
In June 2011, Tan joined Messrs S C TEH & AZURA as legal assistant and assisting in conveyancing matters by servicing developers and financial institutions (including advising banks for release of facilities for Purchasers including to handle high volume of loan documentation and servicing the established developers knowing the fact that the Public Bank has ISO certified high standard of efficiency). Tan has also assisted in litigation matters such as probate and administration, banking litigation, divorce, debts recovery and corporate matters involving due diligence process.
Tan joined Messrs L. F. CHONG & CO. in July 2014 as legal assistant assisting in conveyancing specifically sale and purchase transaction (sub-sale) and bank works such as vetting and preparing loan documentation up to the stage of full release of loans for the Purchasers. Tan is also assisting in litigation matters such as divorce (contested and non-contested), probate and administration.
Tan joined Messrs TAN, DAHA & PARTNERS in June 2016 before the firm changed its name to Messrs TAN, DAHA & FADZILAH on 1st August 2016 to commence legal practise with the Partner of the firm; NORUD-DAHA’ BINTI SADIKIN and NORFADZILAH BINTI ABU HASSAN.
Tan is continuing practising both conveyancing and litigation matters (contested and non-contested) such as divorce, probate, debts recovery, estate planning, creation of trust and execution proceedings as at to date.

ESTATE AND LEGACY
1. TAN provides comprehensive estate planning and succession advisory services, particularly for clients who have lost their loved ones. TAN assists in obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration to facilitate the proper administration and distribution of the deceased's estate. With sensitivity and professionalism, TAN guides clients through the legal process to ensure that the deceased's assets are managed efficiently and that the interests of beneficiaries are safeguarded in accordance with the applicable laws of testate and intestate succession.
Throughout the estate administration and distribution process, TAN assists clients in obtaining the necessary court orders, including Orders for Sale, Vesting Orders, and Distribution Orders, to facilitate the realization and disposal of estate assets. DIVORCE APPLICATION
TAN represents clients in the filing of joint and single divorce petitions. In suitable circumstances, TAN has obtained Temporary Protection Orders from the relevant welfare authorities to protect petitioners from domestic violence and related threats. TAN adopts a sensitive yet firm approach in family law matters, ensuring that clients’ safety, welfare, and legal rights are adequately protected throughout the proceedings.
NORUD-DAHA’ BINTI SADIKIN (Managing Partner)
NORUD-DAHA’ studied law at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in Law and was called to the Bar in the High Court of Malaya on 30th November 2005.
She started her legal career with Messrs FREDA SABAPATHY & CO. during which she gained experience in civil and criminal litigation. She joined Messrs S C TEH & AZURA in March 2006 and was exposed to a wide range of legal portfolios mostly in conveyancing, company and litigation matters that involve the banking sector and requires her to deal with variety of situations and documentation from different banks.
She was further exposed to a variety of developers’ works for example MAH SING PROPERTIES SDN. BHD, MB GROUP SDN. BHD., LEISURE FARM CORPORATION SDN. BHD., HORIZON HILLS DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD., VENICE VIEW DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. & KIP DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. during which she gained experience including but not limited to drafting and perusing legal documents involving sales and purchases of different type of property, drafting and handling the preparation of loan documents from different financial institutions both conventional and Islamic financing scheme and during the period, she has attended to not less than 20 cases per month for various of developers’ projects.
She was admitted as partner in S C TEH & AZURA in May 2010 and on 1st June 2016 she joined Messrs TAN, DAHA & PARTNERS before the firm changed its name and style to Messrs TAN, DAHA & FADZILAH on 1st August 2016 to commence legal practise with the Partner of the firm; TAN YEN LIN and NORFADZILAH BINTI ABU HASSAN.
NORUD-DAHA’ specializes in sub-sale real estate transactions, working closely with property agencies to facilitate seamless conveyancing processes for clients. She provides comprehensive legal support, including preparation and review of documentation, regulatory compliance, and completion of transactions, ensuring efficient and secure property transfers.
NORFADZILAH BINTI ABU HASSAN (Partner)
Norfadzilah Binti Abu Hassan studied law in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in Law and was called to the Bar in the High Court of Malaya on 27th October 2005. She completed her pupillage with Messrs JAYAPRATHAP & RAKAN-RAKAN and continued practice in the same firm as a Legal Assistant from 2005 to 2011. She was exposed to a wide range of legal portfolios mostly in accident cases and litigation matters.
In January 2012, she joined Messrs ASMIRAINI & PARTNERS as legal assistant and assisting in conveyancing matters in which she gained experience including but not limited to drafting and perusing legal documents involving sales and purchases of property and preparation of loan documents from different financial institutions.
Further in August 2014, she joined Messrs FADZILAH, NADZIRAH & CO. as a Partner until July 2016 and handling conveyancing matters by servicing developers such as Danga Bay Sdn. Bhd. and also financial institutions. She was also exposed in drafting and handling sale and purchase agreement, tenancy agreements and probate and administration of estate cases. She also gained experience in handling sub-sales transaction involving different type of property in various situations.
Norfadzilah joined Messrs TAN, DAHA & FADZILAH in 1st August 2016 to commence legal practise with the Partners of the firm; TAN YEN LIN and NORUD- DAHA’ BINTI SADIKIN.

VISALINI A/P SIVAJI (Legal Associate)
Visalini A/P Sivaji graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2023 and was called to the Bar in the High Court of Malaya on 5th December 2024.
In February 2024, she commenced her legal career at Messrs TAN, DAHA & FADZILAH, completing her pupillage and continuing her tenure as a Legal Assistant. Throughout her practice, she has been exposed to a wide range of legal portfolios mostly in conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transaction (sub-sale), vetting and preparing loan documentation (conventional and Islamic), perfection of transfer and small estate distribution.
She was also extensively involved in the drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreements, tenancy agreements, as well as probate and estate administration matters. In addition, she gained valuable experience in managing sub-sale transactions involving various types of properties.
