Our Team
TAN YEN LIN obtained her LLB degree from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2010 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in the High Court of Malaya on 28th April, 2011.
TAN specialize in the areas of both the contested and non-contested matters covering the areas of Property Sale and Purchase Agreement, Housing Loan Financing Agreement, Drafting of Business Contracts, Partnership Agreement, Sale and Supplier of Goods Contract, Employment Agreement, Power of Attorney, Trust Deed, Tenancy Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Last Will and Testament, Probate And Administration, Divorce, Debts Recovery, Execution of Court Order, Trade Mark, Intellectual Property and so on.
NORUD-DAHA’ BINTI SADIKIN studied law at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and graduated in 2004 with an honours degree in Law. She started her legal career with Messrs. FREDA SABAPATHY & CO. during which she gained experience in civil and criminal litigation.
She joined Messrs S C TEH & AZURA in March 2006 and was exposed to a wide range of legal portfolios mostly in conveyancing. She expertise in drafting and perusing legal documents involving sales and purchases of different type of property, drafting and handling the preparation of loan documents from different financial institutions both conventional and Islamic financing scheme and small estate distribution matters.
NORFADZILAH BINTI ABU HASSAN studied law in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Gombak, Selangor. She read in the Chambers of Mr. Jayaprathap A/L Buloga Pothal of Messrs Jayaprathap & Rakan-Rakan and continued practice in the same firm as a Legal Assistant from 2005 to 2011.
She specializing in sale and purchase of property transactions, personal injury and dependency claims (runner cases), banking, hire purchase, probate and law of succession, bankruptcy, debts recovery and execution of court order.
